The high specialization of the technical department on carring out their projects is available to customers for production of moulds and equipment on design.
The department is equipped with:


Two and three-dimensional CAD/CAM weorkstation for mold design, integrated with equipment operating machines. Tooling department with:
  • wire electron discharge machines
  • tuff electron discharge machines
  • working centre
  • precision grinding machine
  • horizontal spindle grinding machine
Cutting department with:
  • presses step and transfert 20 to 650 TN with speed 20 to 120 C'
TIG and MIG welding system Welding projection systems Epoxy powder coating lines Automatic assembling and packaging lines 3D machines for measurement and control Optical plant measurement centre Total working surface about 20.000 m².
